I have a doubt regarding this KPI.
When you wrote “KPI that do not reflect business gols” what type the indicator is? because the most of them when we measure is necessary to business.
I’d like to know because its important for us to check what is really needed to be measure and what is not needed.
Tks

Business goals may change, for example due to new management or new business direction. So KPIs are not set in stone. KPIs therefore need to be assessed regularly. In this assessment it may be determined that KPIs do not reflect business goals anymore.
