Conversion Rate

There may be multiple distinct Conversion rates for a web site. Measuring conversion rates is based on the percentage of visitors that enter the site on a particular page (or pages) and at some point reach another particular page (or pages). The idea is that you are measuring the percentage that acted upon a particular call to action (offer, ad, etc. that represents the starting page) and those that reacted to this call to action (reached a sign-up page, checkout page or whatever other page represents an indication of successful conversion)
