ServiceNow service provider Imakumo has signed an agreement to collaborate closely and offer clients Mirror42 KPI Dashboard for ServiceNow, allowing them to take reporting to the a new level and enabling IT departments to measure KPIs, analyze performance, deliver executive dashboards and run improvement programs.
